Stone Export IPA (Brett)

This IPA is brewed with Brettanomyces which gives it a funky aroma and a full body. Very complex beer with citrus fruits and dry/bitter finish. There is that classic Stone West Coast IPA at heart but since this is the Brett version, there is a huge horse blanket nose and tart edge that sits perfectly next to the bitterness. Best paired with rich food.
