La Shaman is an Aztec stout with a deep black colour and brownish head. On the nose, some aromas of roasted. On the palate, a generous chocolate flavours thanks to the cocoa nibs! The brewers at Brussels Beer Project then added some Habanero and Chipotle to give a nice kick to the beer. The beer style gets its name from the Aztec people of Latin america who used to farm and eat cocoa and chillis!
