Finally the cherry beer has landed! The Belgians are absolutely crazy about it, and you need to know why! There are hundreds of varieties of cherry beers, some better than others. We managed to partner with Boon Brewery in Belgium which produces only the very best of Belgian lambic beers. Brewed according to the traditional Lambic style of spontaneous fermentation, this beer is a lambic-fruit-beer. Only fresh cherries (25%) are used and with only 4% abv it is a perfect summer drink, perfectly adaptable to Malta.  The taste is slightly sweet with the surprising fragrance of sour cherries and almond. A veritable drinking experience!
