Bruxellensis

2.60

Bruxellensis is a special style of beer called Brett. Bretts are not your average beer. Think dry aged beef and gorgonzola cheese. They get their name from the very special type of yeast used in fermentation, which produces distinctly funky, hay and barn-like aromas and flavours. Only the very best brewers choose to experiment with Bretts, and De La Senne is perfectly suited for the job. Bruxellensis is  amber coloured and slightly sour, yet the beer is still fruity and sharp, and contains a lot of complex funky notes which craft beer lovers adore. Again, not your average beer, and is best enjoyed with some cheeses and strong tasting food. This is one of the best rated Bretts in the world and something different for the Maltese market.
