Beer Pairing Dinner @ Hammett’s Mestizo 7 December

We invite you to travel the world from your seat, savouring a multi-course food menu paired with four speciality beers from some of the world’s best-known craft breweries.

This is a seated event with strict maximum allocation. Limited seating available and pre-booking is required.

First taste:
Guacamole & Black Bean Butter Dip and Ash Bread (to share) paired with Brussels Beer Project Grosse Bertha (Belgian Wheat beer, 6.5%)

Second bite:
Tequenos (one pp) traditional Venezuelan cheese sticks and Pork Belly Chicharron (to share) deep fried pork belly cubes with spices and lime paired with Stone Buenaveza (Lager with sea salt & lime, 4.7%)

The showstoppers:
Mestizo’s signature Lamb Taco (one pp) grilled corn tortilla, lamb, pineapple, cumin, chili as well as a Beef Arepa (one pp) that will take you straight to South America w/ corn bread, pulled beef, black beans, plantain, avocado, all paired with the tropical, hazy hop bomb BrewDog Hazy Jane (New England IPA, 5%)

Who said that a desert has to be actual cake?

To end of a sweet liquid note:
BrewDog Layer Cake (strawberry marshmallow & chocolate stout, 7%) the perfect dessert beer.
